President/CEO
This is our President and CEO, Ronnae Fleming. She has her B.S. in Psychology. Ronnae started this program because she believes every child needs a second chance and should not be mistreated because of their mistakes but learn from them. Ronnae strongly agrees with the question "How can I help you help you?" because she wants youth to have their own goals, not those pushed upon them. She knows that with this program, our youth will return to their communities feeling confident, knowing themselves better, being positive, and comfortable expressing themselves.
